Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Teaser Pools ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Teaser Pools is a software platform for running informal NFL pick'em pools with teaser scoring. It is a management tool only — we are not a gambling operator, bookmaker, or financial institution. Any money exchanged between pool participants is entirely between those participants. Teaser Pools has no involvement in, and bears no responsibility for, any money collected or distributed by pool commissioners.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

Pool commissioners are responsible for the management of their pools, including accurate score entry, fair application of rules, and any financial arrangements with their pool members. Teaser Pools provides tools; commissioners are responsible for how those tools are used.

Paid plans are billed as a one-time seasonal fee. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@teaserpools.com.

We aim to keep the Service available throughout the NFL season but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in an abusive manner. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teaser Pools and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
